Anti Women Harassment Cell

The Anti-Sexual Harassment Cell has been established at BABA RAMDAL RAJENDRA SINGH LAW COLLEGE to ensure a safe, healthy, and congenial environment for all staff members and students. The cell is committed to promoting gender equality, preventing sexual harassment, and fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace and campus environment.

The primary objectives of the cell are as follows:

• To formulate comprehensive guidelines and norms for a robust policy against sexual harassment.
• To establish clear principles and procedures for preventing, addressing, and resolving complaints of sexual harassment.
• To develop detailed plans for the effective implementation of the anti-harassment policy.
• To design both short-term and long-term action plans to ensure continuous awareness and adherence.
• To collaborate closely with the Women's Study Cell to promote gender sensitivity and empowerment.
• To organize regular gender sensitization and awareness programs, workshops, and seminars for students and staff.

The cell operates with complete transparency and accountability, encouraging staff and students to report any instances of harassment without fear of reprisal. As of now, no cases of sexual harassment have been reported at the college, reflecting the positive and respectful environment that the institution strives to maintain.
